It is significant to have calcium, to keep you and your bones strong. Actually girls ages 9-13 are reccommended 3 cups of calcium a day. Calcium is essential for the formation of bones and teeth it is easy to get too! You get calcium whenever you have a glass of milk, or cottage cheese. Would you ever think you get calcium by drinking orange juice? Well you can so you better get drinking!

Carbauna wax is not only what is in Swedish fish, many people also use it to clean the floor and wax shoes. Ever leave Swedish fish out and when you come back to eat it its as hard as a rock? Well you can thank carnauba wax for that. Now if that does not make you want to go buy a 10 pound bag of Swedish fish then I don’t know what will.
